Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Corrective Exercise Coach but mostly a coach who is passionate about helping you succeed in your goals. 

 

Driven by a passion for health, I focus on the power of movement, nourishing foods rich in nutrients, and the importance of self-care. I’m dedicated to helping others live their best lives, today and every day.

My Story

My passion to help others be the best version of themselves started in 2008 as a massage therapist working on those who needed rehabilitation massage from car accidents, poor work ergonomics, sports like running and triathlons and years of being inactive or overactive. 

 

Knowing how important movement and nutrition are to our overall health I decided to create an environment that helps people live their best life; to confidently learn functional movement and sustainable nutrition skills that will help them live their life to their full potential, independently, with less pain and more energy. Goal Oriented Health & Fitness was founded to do just that. 

 

With a passion for empowering people to be their best, I specialize in guiding individuals who are new to nutritious eating and physical activity, busy professionals that can't seem to find time to take care of their health as well as those returning to their health after a break. I am dedicated to helping clients regain their vitality through effective strategies tailored to their lifestyles.

 

My approach includes offering efficient 20-30 minute workouts that can be done anywhere, at any time, ensuring that fitness is both accessible and manageable. I also provide insights on how to incorporate nourishing foods into your diet, even for those with limited time or interest in meal prepping.

 

Through my guidance, clients discover that prioritizing self-care not only enhances their own well-being but also enables them to support others more effectively.

It hurts my heart to think people are not making time for their health. I know first hand that if I don't make time for myself I am absolutely no good to anyone else. I am tired, I am crabby, I have no energy, and honestly I start to feel depressed and like a failure because I am not being the best version of myself. We all deserve to work on our health so you can be the best version of you.

 

After experiencing the frustrating cycle of fat loss and gain, I realized that true change comes from habit transformation—not from trendy diets, shakes, pills, or restrictive eating. Lasting success lies in understanding that our bodies are designed for a vibrant life, not just fitting into a specific pant size. Ironically, those smaller sizes often follow when we focus on building healthier habits!

 

It was learning and continually working on these habit changes that helped me move forward with my passion of helping others feel great physically AND mentally. Living a balanced lifestyle is how we really become successful in our health journey allowing us to live the best version of ourselves and therefore allowing us to be the best version for others as well.

 

I now feel "off" when I skip my daily movement or neglect to fuel my body properly. I also sense a lack of balance when I’m not living my healthiest life. I’m passionate about helping others discover how to feel their best while embracing a healthier lifestyle.

 

My joy would come from allowing me to guide you on your healthier lifestyle journey as we break old habits, create new habits and embrace a lifestyle that prioritizes overall well-being for the rest of your life.
